Rental Policies

Following is a list of the policies and procedures that are in effect when you stay in our Whistler accommodations. All Whistler Accommodation customers will receive full documentation prior to your stay with us - the list below is presented here to allow you to become familiar with our policies. If you have any questions about your lodging, please feel free to send us a note.

Fall 2020 Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Reservation Deposit - 25% of reservation total is due at time of booking.

Final Balance Payment - Balance is due, in full, 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy – Guests arriving through Nov, 2020 will be eligible for a full credit (for 18 months from arrival date) or refund (minus 3% deposit paid), as long as the cancellation request is received at least 7 days before arrival date.

Winter 2020/2021 Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Reservation Deposit - 25% of reservation total is due at time of booking.

Final Balance Payment - Balance is due, in full, 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations of direct bookings more than 14 days prior to occupancy will forfeit 25% of reservation total. If guests are unable to travel due to Covid-19 related travel restrictions, they'll be eligible for a full credit (for 18 months from arrival date) or refund (minus 3% deposit paid), as long as the cancellation request is received at least 14 days before arrival date.

Housekeeping 

 This is a self housekeeping unit with no service provided during your stay (the cleaning fee when you book pays for the cleaning when you depart). Additional towels are located in the bathroom cabinet and extra cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee. Please call for details 1-866-590-1613.

Whistler Accommodation is taking our cleaning standards to the next level. Between each stay, all of our properties are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected according to the BC Ministry of Health guidelines. 

We sanitize and disinfect surfaces with increased focus on high-touch surfaces such as countertops, light switches, and doorknobs. We also provide masks and gloves for our staff and allow a 24-hour gap between every reservation.

Increased Sanitation Standards Include:

  • Following established BC Ministry of Health cleaning and sanitation guidelines.
  • Using Health Canada’s List of hard-surface commercial-grade disinfectants for use again Covid-19.
  • Detailed sanitation of high touch areas.
  • Providing masks and gloves to our staff.
  • Replacing linens and towels between every stay.
  • Providing extra sheets for long stays.

 Minimum Stay 

Our Whistler Blackcomb vacation rentals require a 3-5 night minimum stay (depending on the specific property or season).

Check-in Time: 4:00 PM (PST) 
Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM (PST) 

Minimum Age 

The person making the reservation must be a minimum of 25 years of age, hold a valid credit card and be staying in the unit.

Damage Deposit 

A $500 - $2000 Damage Deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card the day of arrival (amount dependent on size of unit) and released within 48 hours after departure.

Payment Procedures

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Bank Transfers. Payment is due, in FULL, 14 days prior to arrival in Whistler. All prices are in CND dollars.

Pets

Pets are allowed in some of our Whistler rentals with prior approval. Please inquire for specific units. Unapproved pets will result in a $200 fine.

Smoking - No Smoking 

Smoking is not allowed in any of our suites. Any evidence of smoking will result in an automatic fine of $200 to pay for professional cleaning of the unit. 

Unruly Behaviour 

Please be aware that we reserve the right to evict any guest who is behaving in an unruly manner. 

We ask that you observe the Municipal bylaws (no amplified music or speech between the hours of 10:00pm and 8:00 am) and rules for the common areas of the property and be considerate of other guests. Hot tubs are of particular concern, be aware that voices carry and can be disturbing to your neighbours.

Please Note: any fines levied by the strata for excessive noise during your stay will be passed on to you.

Liability 

We are excluded from liability for personal bodily injury in our home, while in transit to, or while on resort property.

Parking 

Parking is available at all of our Whistler rentals.  Although many of our properties offer free parking, parking rules and fees vary by complex.  Details about parking can be found on our unit pages or by contacting our team direct.

Check-in Information

A digital door code and unit information for your Whistler accommodations will be provided by email when your final payment is made (approximately 7 days prior to your arrival). All units are self check-in. Simply arrive anytime after 4:00 pm and enter your code in the door for access.
