location is excellent, apartment was roomy but a bit worn here and there. Parking is paid, even though I had understood this not to be the case. Nonetheless would still recommend, we had an enjoyable stay.

Nice building - clean, quiet and three enjoyable hot tubs. Good communication, easy check- in and very friendly desk staff. Unit was as described. Well stocked kitchen. Nice size for one or two people. Lovely little balcony over looking a forested area. Bed not good for bad backs- very soft and sagging.

Pool was not in Operation. Hot tubs were often not functioning and when so, were impossibly overcrowded. Kitchen was poorly supplied. Overall overpriced and under resources.

We understand that all of the 3 hot tubs got crowded as a result of this inconvenience and we apologize for not being able to change that. This truly was completely out of our control. We are happy to confirm though that the pool is in full operation now. We also always encourage guests to call our hotline as soon as they come across any issues as we can help pretty much instantly. We wish we knew about your kitchen item needs as we could have assisted you since we have a full storage on site and can loan many items that are not part of our standard kitchen inventory. I've stayed in the Aspens a few times over the years, and because they are privately owned, you are never sure what you'll end up with. Furniture that looks comfortable in pictures may not be in real life.However the pictures were accurate, the furniture and bed were both very comfortable. Having AC in the bedroom was appreciated as it was in the high 20's when we were there. Would rent again.

We had a really great stay. The flat was beautifully furnished, everything we needed was there and everything was very clean. The direct location on the piste was perfect. We also liked the ski service in the house.We would love to come back.
