It features a cozy living area with gas fireplace and boasts a splendid ski hill view .
The lodge’s common pool and three hot tubs offer the perfect body & soul recovery after a long day on the mountain or in the village. Indulge in a restful and soothing soak or swim.
For those who want to treat themselves, a nice variety of eat-out options are available in the Upper village, just a short 5 min walk down the ski hill, alongside the Upper Village Blackcomb Gondola.

This is our second time staying at the Aspens but first in 209 and we will definitely be booking again. The ski chalet is so convenient and easy to grab our gear. The property is amazing and the 3 hot tubs and ski in ski out is the best. And Unit 209 is great. The location was beautiful and the unit was so cozy, quiet, and relaxing. We will book this again!

great unit have stayed in 109 several times and perhaps 209 as well cant remember been there so many times !Access to pool and hill NNB for me !At age 85 T.V. not functioning but CADE super tec. provided great service and fixed all !Hot water could be up a few degrees as well as water pressure in pool/hot tub and shower but overall great and will return

This unit is lovely, well furnished, clean & well maintained. The king sized bed is so comfortable, we had the best sleep. The location is perfect. We have stayed here before and are never disappointed.

We always stay in this unit & will continue to come back. Love the location and ease of access to the outside and parking stalls via the stairwell. However, they need a blender. Its a basic kitchen appliance that should be in all units. The cleaning around the base of the couch could have been done better. Didnt look like that area was vacuumed too well. Also wish they would get rid of that pillow top on the bed. Not good for anyone with a bad back which is likely most people.

Very nice accommodation, with all facilities as described. The only downside is the lack of noise control around the hot tubs area. Even though it is quoted in various places that the Aspens quiet time starts at 10 pm (and the hot tubs should close then), we had to phone down to reception on 2 occasions as people were still partying at close to 10:30.

We really enjoyed our stay in appt 209 - very spacious and comfortable - best bed of the holiday (8 different beds) - super location - only issue is check in which was a little confusing - we would have expected the desk to have some knowledge that we were staying

We had an amazing stay at Aspens 209 in Late Dec 2018 to Early Jan 2019 (10 nights). We are a family of 4 (2 adults and two daughters aged 6 and 10) and this apartment was the perfect size for us.The location was fabulous and our girls loved the Blackcomb Ski Camp and the restaurants in Blackcomb. We have stayed at the Aspens many times and in this unit 3 times. I would highly recommend unit 209. It is very clean, well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Excellent storage and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Balcony is nice with a great view of the base of Blackcomb. The Aspens is only a 5 min walk to the village. My only complaint is that the bed could be replaced. It was fine for me but my 6 ft 1 and 215 lb husband found it a bit too soft.

209 had everything we needed. Comfortable bed with pristine, high quality linens, air conditioner, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with extras such as paper towel and Saran Wrap. No need to haul the necessities back and forth. We stay at the Aspens at least once a year and will certainly look to book this unit again. Peak Accommodations was also great. Slopeside Suite!

Aspens 209 has a different layout than most Aspens 1 beds which was a nice change. As usual with Blackcomb Peaks managed suites, it had everything we needed (though oddly no bbq, which was not really missed but there usually is one) and was very comfortable with lots of very homey touches. Best thing - watching people skiing/riding down the slope before you go out! Worst thing - watching people skiing/riding down eh slope on the day you have to leave!

Comfort and Convenience

We were very happy with our stay in Aspens 209. It was comfortably furnished and had everything we needed. It's all the way at the end of the hall from the elevators, but that makes it quieter and closer to the mountain and the path into the village (if you take the stairs.) Also close to the hot tub, which is nice if you want to use it. We wanted a ski-in/ski-out location and enjoyed being able to quickly pop down to the lift after retrieving our skis from the ski valet. And it was easy to stop back for a mid-day break. All the staff at Aspens couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.

The view is wonderful. Ski in ski out access is very easy. New appliances in the condo are nice. The only negative is the faucets are loose and it takes a long time to get hot water to the shower and kitchen sink.

Pool closed. Hot water issues.

A big part of why we stay here is to use the swimming pool. The pool was closed for maintenance and Blackcomb peaks claimed they were not aware of this. They have people working on-site so I found this hard to believe. We also had issues with hot water. Every morning I had to turn on all the faucets and run them for a good 15 minutes before I got any hot water. We also didn't like that this suite was right in the path of the industrial dryer vent. This being said this is the second time that we have stayed here and we really like it. The location is great very quiet. I do recommend staying here but they really have to improve their communication with clients.

Our handyman and Strata came up to your unit as soon as this problem was reported, which was after your first night, and they both confirmed that there was hot water running in the end. It is unfortunate that it takes longer for hot water to kick in during quiet times as in October when the occupancy is very low. To be frank, there is not much we can do about this inconvenience, although we would love to as we understand how frustrating this must be. As of the pool closure, we were aware of the initial time period yet nobody knew for sure when the works would be complete since there were some unforeseen issues arising along the way. The Aspens Strata does their best to keep the pool facilities well maintained and these tasks usually take place every fall before the busy winter season starts. Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience Brian. Regardless of these issues, we are happy you found the Aspens location quiet and we would love to be able to serve you again in the future. We really enjoyed our stay in appt 209 - very spacious and comfortable - best bed of the holiday (8 different beds) - super location - only issue is check in which was a little confusing - we would have expected the desk to have some knowledge that we were staying

As the front desk is hosted by a separate company they are obligated to assist all guests despite the company they are booked with. We had an amazing stay at Aspens 209 in Late Dec 2018 to Early Jan 2019 (10 nights). We are a family of 4 (2 adults and two daughters aged 6 and 10) and this apartment was the perfect size for us.The location was fabulous and our girls loved the Blackcomb Ski Camp and the restaurants in Blackcomb. Aspens 209 has a different layout than most Aspens 1 beds which was a nice change. As usual with Blackcomb Peaks managed suites, it had everything we needed (though oddly no bbq, which was not really missed but there usually is one) and was very comfortable with lots of very homey touches. Best thing - watching people skiing/riding down the slope before you go out! Worst thing - watching people skiing/riding down eh slope on the day you have to leave!

We were very happy with our stay in Aspens 209. It was comfortably furnished and had everything we needed. It's all the way at the end of the hall from the elevators, but that makes it quieter and closer to the mountain and the path into the village (if you take the stairs.) Also close to the hot tub, which is nice if you want to use it. We wanted a ski-in/ski-out location and enjoyed being able to quickly pop down to the lift after retrieving our skis from the ski valet. And it was easy to stop back for a mid-day break. All the staff at Aspens couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.

We always stay in this unit & will continue to come back. Love the location and ease of access to the outside and parking stalls via the stairwell. However, they need a blender. Its a basic kitchen appliance that should be in all units. The cleaning around the base of the couch could have been done better. Didnt look like that area was vacuumed too well. Also wish they would get rid of that pillow top on the bed. Not good for anyone with a bad back which is likely most people.

Very nice accommodation, with all facilities as described. The only downside is the lack of noise control around the hot tubs area. Even though it is quoted in various places that the Aspens quiet time starts at 10 pm (and the hot tubs should close then), we had to phone down to reception on 2 occasions as people were still partying at close to 10:30.

We have stayed at the Aspens many times and in this unit 3 times. I would highly recommend unit 209. It is very clean, well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Excellent storage and plenty of towels in the bathroom. Balcony is nice with a great view of the base of Blackcomb. The Aspens is only a 5 min walk to the village. My only complaint is that the bed could be replaced. It was fine for me but my 6 ft 1 and 215 lb husband found it a bit too soft.

The view is wonderful. Ski in ski out access is very easy. New appliances in the condo are nice. The only negative is the faucets are loose and it takes a long time to get hot water to the shower and kitchen sink.

I have lost count how many times we have stayed here - 8? For us it is perfect. We want to take the bed home - comfiest we have ever slept in including our own. The staff are great and so very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. It is a great space to come back to after a day skiing. We'll be back next year.
