Beautiful accommodations - condo was well maintained and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was in a great location and only minutes to Blackcomb village. This gave us easy access to restaurants and coffee! The hot tubs were an amazing after-ski experience and we spent a great deal of time relaxing in the hot tubs. The only downside was not having a dryer in the room to dry mitts, socks etc. We will visit again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Aspens. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs enormously and we loved the ski in/out. Staff were all wonderful. We can't wait to visit again soon.

We had a great trip after we arrived 2 days late because our COVID testing fell through due to weather in Seattle. I also was selected to retest at the border. You have 24 hours to comply and it's not an easy process just FYI for US citizens crossing the border.

The location is great, facilities such as pool are good, and staff were kind. Few points for improvement: we needed a late checkout because our 9 months old had a horrible night and needed to nap. There were no phone numbers to call other than the emergency number which I was reluctant to phone bc it wasn’t a real emergency. In the end I phoned them and got a late checkout. The facility has all sorts of recycling options in the garbage room but in our apartment there were no bins for paper, glass, compost etc. I used my own but suspect most people don’t recycle if they don’t see specific bins for it. Missed opportunity. Lastly,Probably not something you can change, the apartment was really warm, there is air conditioning but prefer not to use it as it makes my kids sick,,

Had a great night, and the locaiton was perfect. Felt that check in is way to late compared to the rides are closing at 15.00 and i dont think I would book it again if it was only 1 night.

Nous avons adoré notre voyage en grande partie grace à la localisation ski in ski out du condo. La vue du balcon est incroyable au soleil. A pied d'un super bar le Milestones. COndo bien équipé, spa, BBQ....rien à dire de négatif. J'y retourne l'an prochain assurément!

I wanted to give feedback about the dishwasher not washing the dishes properly but when I went to reception of Friday to report this the receptionist was not at all interested and said you can ring Blackcomb Suites if you want. She said she didn't work for Blackcomb suites. I find her attitude bordering on rude and if there's no-one at reception for us then it's not very supportive. It left me feeling not vey pleased with the holiday. It was otherwise fairly good. Although the bed is lumpy due to it having such an enormous mattress and mattress protector that would never stay in place - no matter how I tried to fix it up every morning. Very pleased to be home and sleeping in my own bed that does not do that.

The condo at the Aspens could not have been better. We looked at the ski run and lift and were just a 2-3 minute walk from the great restaurants at the Blackcomb base - and 15 seconds on skis from the ski lift! The place was spacious, very warm, very cozy, and perfect for up to 4 friends who don't mind sharing space. I really hope to stay here again!

I wanted to give feedback about the dishwasher not washing the dishes properly but when I went to reception of Friday to report this the receptionist was not at all interested and said you can ring Blackcomb Suites if you want. She said she didn't work for Blackcomb suites. I find her attitude bordering on rude and if there's no-one at reception for us then it's not very supportive. It left me feeling not vey pleased with the holiday. It was otherwise fairly good. Although the bed is lumpy due to it having such an enormous mattress and mattress protector that would never stay in place - no matter how I tried to fix it up every morning. Very pleased to be home and sleeping in my own bed that does not do that.

Although the reception is open 24/7, they can only assist with any inquiries regarding common facilities and to those guests who booked directly with their property management company which also runs this department. To explain, Aspens lodge is not a hotel as all suites are privately owned and professionally managed by a number of property management companies. Having said that, this should have been explained to you when you reported your concern and you should have been redirected to our office located within the building. We passed this feedback to the front desk manager for them to be aware. In addition, we are also very sorry that you had issues with the mattress. The location is great, facilities such as pool are good, and staff were kind. Few points for improvement: we needed a late checkout because our 9 months old had a horrible night and needed to nap. There were no phone numbers to call other than the emergency number which I was reluctant to phone bc it wasn’t a real emergency. In the end I phoned them and got a late checkout. The facility has all sorts of recycling options in the garbage room but in our apartment there were no bins for paper, glass, compost etc. I used my own but suspect most people don’t recycle if they don’t see specific bins for it. Missed opportunity. Lastly,Probably not something you can change, the apartment was really warm, there is air conditioning but prefer not to use it as it makes my kids sick,,

Great location right on mountain. Room was comfortable for 3 adult males. Close to whistler village. We will be back next season
