Our stay with Whistler Accommodation was beyond our expectations. The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean (we were delighted by the little cards under the beds!), and had everything that we needed. The general facilities such as ski lockers, laundry, pools and tubs and even the garbage setup were well organized with instructions and directions exactly where needed. All administrative aspects – your website, reservations, checking in and out and instruction were timely, clear and comprehensive. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our only complaint is that our stay with you was far too short, which will be remedied by us the next time we visit!

I was gonna e-mail you guys anyway to tell you what an incredible time we had at Greystone!! The condo was beyond what we imagined it would be. Not only was it so beautiful, we were so comfortable there and the washer/dryer came in handy!! The lodge is so close to the slopes!! We loved waking up and going right down the mountain!! I will definitely book with you guys again for next year for the same place. Hopefully we can stay longer!! Thanks for the wonderful service that you guys provided!! The staff was so kind and helpful!!

We had an absolutely fabulous time!!! No complaints whatsoever. The front desk was helpful and friendly. They helped us with dinner reservation and were knowledgeable of the town. The Aspens is in the perfect location. We just loved being able to ski down to the chair lift at Blackcomb to start our day. At the end of the day, it was great to be able to ski right up to the condo. No walking to a shuttle was a big plus! We will be back!

We had a great time in your condo. It was brand new, very clean and very convenient. Specially we loved “ski in and ski out “location. The front desk people were very kind and helpful. We had very good time. Also, getting lift tickets early was very helpful also. Thanks for all the help. We like to go back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Whistler. The unit we stayed in at the Greystone lodge was FIRST CLASS. A top quality rental that was above reproach. What a great value! We stayed in this exact unit 4 years ago, and the remodel job was very well done. The added feature of high speed wireless access was just icing on the cake. Luckily we brought our wifi enabled computer. Our Whistler experience was equally gratifying. Great food, great skiing despite some unsettled weather. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely use you again.

We had a great time – the whole experience was incredible. We were amazed at how friendly and service focused everyone was – EVERYONE – from the front desk to the ski rental to the lift operators, the waiters, the store keepers, the bus drivers, the ski valet – EVERYONE!!Curious how this is done – what kind of training do the employees go thru to provide such consistently great service?

Finally returned to Virginia last night from our trip to Whistler and Seattle, WA. We had an amazing time and thank you for going out of your way to make sure that our lodging was perfect. Greystone #303 was great. Thank you for helping me with this reservation. The women at the desk were great. We arrived late and they had the table set and fire on in the condo unit. It looked so cozy and wonderful after our long drive. I will definitely return and would even like the very same unit.

We loved Greystone 313. If you could thank the owners on our behalf, it would be very nice. They have done a beautiful job at decorating it and I really loved the shower with all the jets. We would certainly return. The staff at the counter was very friendly too. I have no complains! Thank you. We had a wonderful time and left very sore after so much skiing.

I was planning on emailing you even before I received your message. I would like to say a huge thank you to all your staff at Whistler Accommodations and the Greystone Lodge. We planned a group vacation with three families, the Clifford’s, the Day’s and ourselves and we were all very pleased with the accommodations but mostly the helpfulness of your staff. Dave Norris was wonderful about calling us back with our ever-changing registrations. Sarah was great about letting us know what we needed to do to check in. And Julia at the front desk was marvelous. She was extremely efficient, helpful and as pleasant as could be. We are all looking forward to making this an annual event. Thank you for your efficiency, warm hospitality and a fabulous trip.

We’re now back in sunny Bermuda but have great memories of our wonderful stay in Whistler.
