Fantastic accommodation, location, facilities. Only opportunity to improve would be the ventilation in the room as it was very hot and stuffy without the fire or anything being used. The facilities being open for the same time as the blackcomb resort - ski valet- would also have been great. All in all though it was fantastic and we will come back.

Our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers) found this beautifully renovated unit to be perfect for our needs during our 2 week trip to Whistler. The unit is located in the convenient ski in and ski out Aspens complex on the lower slopes of Blackcomb Mountain. There is so much to rave about this complex. It is nice and quiet being away from the main part of Whistler Village. It is super close to many dinner locations like Milestones, RMU, The Mallard lounge and other restaurants at the Fairmont, Legs Diamond etc and only a short walk into Whistler Village. There is a ski valet service and rental shop in the building as well as laundry facilities, 3 hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool which were well used and great after a day of skiing and boarding. Unfortunately the gym was closed due to Covid. We would definitely stay in unit #227 again as it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The teens had a bunk bed and double bed and their own separate bathroom and we had a large master with king size bed and ensuite. All equipped with 3 x TVs, cable, internet, Wifi etc. The unit was tastefully renovated in calming whites, had great appliances (great dishwasher), gas fireplace and hanging area for jackets etc. The service we received from Blackcomb Peaks was fantastic. I dealt with Kate and Rebekah and their communication was quick and helpful. We didn't have a hairdryer in the unit and a brand new one was brought right away. We had a late shuttle picking us up to take us to the airport and we were granted a late check out. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

nice place. the apartment is fully equipped. but it is in the upper hill. Ideally place close to the city would be more fun , but then that is more of a location issue than aspen issue

As always the Aspens is in a perfect locale. The pool is a hit with my children every time. Proximity to town is ideal. But, parking cost is way too much and cleanliness of the units is still subpar. However, we appreciate the upgrades in this unit: fridge, tv, beds. My biggest gripe is check in/out time, too early and far too late. If the reason is for cleaning, then it would be nice for it to actually be cleaner. And yet, we’re likely to return, because the pros listed above still are fantastic!

I think one should be allowed a 3:00 check in. One should not have to take out garbage. The parking machine did not work with a credit card.

In addition, the parking is operated by the Aspens Strata and the 24/7 front desk can assist with those types of issues when reported to them.
